Enjoy WalMart cookies some of them are OK…

So how do you come to the conclusion that they are encouraged to be unreliable?
The “mission statement” is the goal for the individual within the organisation … the fact the organisation can’t be reliable is not always the fault at of the individual..
At times Mike I am sure you have been part of an organization that has not delivered what you had hoped…
When your in that situation you have three choices..
1)Try to change from within..
2)Give up and Leave..
3)Accept the organization will sometimes fail but put up with its good points..
Now 1) often leads to 2). 3) is often done alone but can also follow 1.
So to the girl scout a block away from you that baked lots of cookies and took them to the store you went to.. but they were so good her family & friends bought them all within an hour is it fair to say she part of unreliable institution and as option 1) is probably beyond her… option 2) will take away from the good she does… Is option 3 so wrong?

Les: Not sure how this works in your area, but girl scouts don’t bake these cookies. They’re mass produced by the many millions.
As I thought I stated, my problem isn’t the little girls. It’s the parents, mostly. But parents tie to leadership too.
BTW, we did manage to get a very nice note of help from a regional VP. And the next day we scored 12 boxes of our favorites.
